During my internship at HLZ the city of Frankfurt came to us to create a new Brand Identity for the Museumsufer, an association of museums around the city of Frankfurt.
The Museumsufer was founded back in 2007 to connect all these various institutions. Twenty-six museums conveniently located in close proximity to each other and within walking-distance of the city centre are part of it. The association offers access to more than 30 museums and records over 2 millions visitors yearly.
For the rebranding the city's cultural offices asked for more lightness and vibrancy in their brand as well as a positiv emotional driven design that creates a stronger identification with the Museumsufer.
